What if I don't have PayPal? NO PROBLEM, you can CHECK OUT AS A GUEST by entering your card information the same way you would do with credit or debit cards.
Can I pay with a gift card? Yes! Paypal accepts giftcards as long as they are by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
How much is shipping? Shipping is $5.00
How can I get a refund on my order? All sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds , returns or exchanges on orders at this time . If your order was lost, damaged, or stolen we highly recommend that you contact USPS.
Do you sell your vendors? No, we do not sell our vendors at this time.
What do I do if I put in the wrong address? If you put in the wrong address it is highly recommended that you contact us through Instagram ASAP! (@glam.boutiiquee) I cannot change the address once the order has been shipped!
Can I cancel my order? No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Once a order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
Do you offer wholesale? Yes, if interested in wholesale prices please submit inquiry via Instagram (@glam.boutiiquee) or submit inquiry under CONTACT TAB.
How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped you will receive two emails with your tracking number. All tracking activity is available on USPS website.
